During a university meeting just before the start of the fall 2024 semester, I was taken aback and deeply blessed when the IUP Marching Band, also known as the ‘Beast of the East’ and ‘The Legend,’ made a surprise entrance into the auditorium. Dressed in their casual street attire, they provided us with this unexpected and moving experience.
